About Belderrig Bronzeman

The 'Bronzeman' is a triathlon race around Belderrig Village, in County Mayo,
including a swim, cycle rolex watches and run. The main race is open to anyone over
16 years old, male or female, who thinks they are up to it!

The objective of the race is participation! It is not about winning or losing the race, but about enjoying the day whether you are a contestant or a spectator.

The Belderrig Bronzeman Champions will win the perpetual 'Bronzeman Sword' which will be on display in breitling replica McHales Pub - there will be a male and a female Champion. The Race will be followed by an evening of food & music in McHales Pub.

Race Times

  1. Registration between 10:00am and 11:00am. No later - No Exceptions.
  2. The Men's race will start at 11:30am sharp.
  3. The Ladies race will start at 12:00pm.
  4. The Relay race will start at 12:00pm.
  5. The Junior Bronzeman (age 10-15) will start at 14:00pm.
  6. The Mini Bronzeman (age 5-9) will start at 15:00pm.
